Kandee Time!!
Hey all, lately I’ve been working on a painting and it’s finally done!!
I’ve been wanting to paint Kandee Johnson, a makeup artist from Youtube, but she’s so much more then just that. She’s an inspiration to thousands of people (maybe more but idk lol). So I wanted to paint something in her honor and here it is!
I took me a little while to find a good reference picture of her and I started a few paintings before I realized a better picture was out there. lol

Another great painting! I think it’s pretty cool to watch how you do these and progress your work. I think the hair looks really realistic and I enjoy the background very much. The way you frame her in a bright light makes it feel like she’s standing in front of a light source. Good job!
