Some Artist…

Hey everyone, hope you’re all haveing a good start of the week so far. I just thought I’d post a lil’ update on what I’ve been doing.

Well frist off, a guy named James Black on Youtube asked me to do a drawing of him. He writes his own music for his channel and I think he’s really good. You can check out his Youtube channel here, he’s also on Twitter, so check him out. =)

My brother (not the one who asked me to draw Green Lantern but the older one) told me – not asked – to draw spawn on the computer like I did GL. Oh but the brother who asked me to draw Gl said that he’ll look into a cover of a team; he’s thinking The Justice League or The Justice Society. He also mentioned maybe X-men becuase it’s a bigger team…now that’ll be some project!! Anyone have any suggestions for a good team for me to draw?

Aslo a friend of mine asked me to draw Batman in oil pastels a while back after seeing my Joker drawing. So right now I’m working on that (literally, as I’m writing this I have the drawing beside me! haha) and well I’m frustrated with this…

I have a reference picture of Batman I got from Google Images and I drew a grid for it. I drew a grid on the reference picture and drew a bigger proportioned grid for the paper I”m drawing on becuase ya’ know it’s a bigger piece of papers so yeah…exect I’m horrible at grids…

I don’t know how someone could mess up a grid…draw one inch boxes on the small piece of paper and make the boxes two inches on the bigger one with the same ammounth of boxes..soo simple! Yet I’ve managed to mess it up! I’ve been drawing Bman for days and I was wondering why he looked fat lol It’s becuase I accidently drew the boxes going left to right 3 inches instead of 2…

So I’ve just erased Bman and now I have this big white spot on my paper! I gotta regrid…. I updated my status on facebook saying that my batman looked fat and a friend of mine said to put him on weight watchers! hah brilliant! C’mon bats! Lets go, you need to get your figure back man! haha

Well that’s what I’m up to, I’m starting to get a headach too becuase the erase gives off this really srtong, bad smell! O.o
